Inventory #623 is a 1957 Hammond B3 in a mahogany finish, Serial #68456. The familiar open-leg console and warm cabinet color give this B3 a traditional presence, whether you have a church sanctuary, recording room, or home music space in mind. This organ is listed among our instruments to be restored.

For players who enjoy shaping a sound as they play, the B3 puts two manuals, preset keys, and drawbars within easy reach. Its place in gospel, jazz, and blues comes from that expressive approach to making music: supporting a melody one moment and stepping forward with a lead the next.
